The puddle sea
It had a twig bridge, a stone island and a paper boat. It was gone by supper. The map stayed.
Field notes from very small places.
Little Miss Squishy has been mapping the ordinary world one overlooked detail at a time. Here are three notes from her pocket.
The blue stone
It looked ordinary indoors and bright as a lantern in the sun. The best discoveries sometimes change with the light.
The garden gate
Four tiny lights made a trail where a single lantern had gone missing. A map can show who helped you.
Make your own field note.
Pick a small place you pass every day. Draw the shape of it, mark one thing you almost missed and write who might enjoy seeing it too.
